The articles in the latest issue of “Studia Prawnicze / Legal Studies” present different aspects of public law which are of considerable importance to legislative processes and the administrative and judicial application of law. In this issue of Studia Prawnicze readers will find articles on selected issues material penal law (M. Stawarz and K. Łakomy) and criminal procedure (M. Szeroczyńska), as well as international tax law (K. Lipka), agricultural law (P. Szalkowski) and intellectual property law (F. Radziwiłł). This issue also contains translation of the article on important questions of constitutional law (B. Szentgali-Toth). The authors are researchers early in their scholarly careers, holding PhDs or preparing their doctoral theses. For that reason the satisfaction of the Editorial Board is even greater: we present this research with the hope that the readers will appreciate the scientific quality as well as theoretical and practical aspects of these articles.
