This issue of the “Studia Prawnicze / Legal Studies” opens with two articles being effects of presentations during the on-line conference Sustainability and Environment Protection: Current Trends in International, European and Ukrainian Law, organised by Institute of Law Studies Polish Academy of Sciences, and Educational Scientific Institute of Law, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (June 13, 2023). The Authors present selected issues of corporate sustainability in the context of Ukraine’s integration with the European Union (V. Poiedynok) and constitutional aspects of sustainable development in Ukraine (I. Lvova). In addition the articles published in the recent issue are devoted to legal problems intersecting criminal law and public service of policemen (P. Gacek), private law and public law (P. Skoczykłoda) as well as regulation of supplements (G. Osęka). The article concerning critical review of advisory opinions issued so far by the European Court of Human Rights (E. Śliwiński) closes this issue.
