Abstrakt

Od dawna wiadomo, że urzędowe dane o przestępczości są niezbyt rzetelne. Składa się na to wiele przyczyn, nie zawsze zawinionych przez organa odpowiedzialne za ich gromadzenie, przetwarzanie i publikowanie.
