Abstrakt
Autorka artykułu przedstawia zmiany w polityce zagranicznej w tym polityce i praktyce traktatowej Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej jakie zaszły w wyniku transformacji ustrojowej i przemian polityczno-społecznych w Europie Środkowej i Wschodniej. W pracy zostały omówione traktaty opublikowane w Dzienniku Ustaw w latach 1989-2000. Autorka artykułu przedstawiła problem wielopłaszczyznowo skupiając się na zagadnieniach dotyczących przyjaźni i współpracy z państwami zachodnimi, konkordatu, stosunków z państwami poradzieckimi, traktatami z Radą Europy, współpracy środkowoeuropejskiej, członkostwie Polski w międzynarodowych organizacjach ponadregionalnych, europejskich, współpracy wojskowej oraz na zagadnieniach dotyczących kompetencji organów międzynarodowych oraz rozstrzygania sporów międzynarodowych.
The author of the article presents the changes in foreign policy including treaty policy and practice of the Republic of Poland that have occurred as a result of the political transformation and political and social changes in Central and Eastern Europe. The paper discusses treaties published in the Journal of Laws between 1989 and 2000. The author of the article presented the problem in a multifaceted manner, focusing on issues concerning friendship and cooperation with Western countries, the concordat, relations with post-Soviet states, treaties with the Council of Europe, Central European cooperation, Poland's membership in supra-regional and European international organisations, military cooperation and issues concerning the competence of international bodies and the settlement of international disputes.
