Abstract

This short presentation is aimed to consider, from the point of view of criminal liability, of behaviours consisting in using dialers - Computer programme, the installation of which enables to visit a chosen Internet site through the change of common access number into a paid number. Depending on the manner the perpetrator acts, it will constitute an offence of Computer fraud, put forth in Art. 287 of the PC, or common fraud (classic fraud), set forth in Art. 286 of the PC.
