Abstract

The Polish Penal Codę provides for a separate offence of Computer fraud, which constitutes a modem solution. This offence has a basie and a morę favourable form (Art. 287 Par. 1 and 2 of the PC), as well as aggravated one (Art. 294 of the PC). It is an offence directed against property.
