Abstract

One form of business rationing is to obtain a licence to carry out such activities. The author of this article introduces readers to the legal nature of this institution. He presents professional licences as public administration qualifying acts, as autonomous acts, acts related to forms of administrative rationing, forms of business rationing, administrative decisions and as official documents. The author's reflections on the legal nature of this institution are enriched by numerous examples from current legislation.
