Abstract

Commission and agency agreements are regularly used in international trade. The author of the article focuses on presenting the legal relations of commission and agency agreements of foreign trade enterprises with socialized economic entities. In addition, there is a description of the activities of socialized enterprises for the account of others in socialized commodity trade, the reasons for the exclusive operation of a foreign trade enterprise for its own account in relations related to foreign trade, as well as the legal regulations on the state monopoly on foreign trade, discusses the changes in the management and legal system in 1970-1971, as well as a detailed description of the regulations governing the relations of commission and agency contracts.
