Abstract

In labour law, some authors have adopted the division of entitlements into: “individual entitlements" and into "collective entitlements" also known as "group entitlements". Collective entitlements are, for example: the right to participate in the management of the workplace, and the right to social benefits. In the author's view, collective entitlements are entitlements that are granted to the workforce of the workplace as a subject of law, rather than to individual employees, and the exercise of these entitlements is secured by certain legal guarantees. The study goes on to outline the legal nature of the crew and the types of collective entitlements and their legal protections. It should be emphasised that collective entitlements have a specific form. They are mainly characterised by a different subject of entitlement, which is new concerning individual entitlements. The material scope of these entitlements, the different forms of exercise and the different catalogues of remedies for protection are also different.
