Abstrakt
Autor artykułu szczegółowo przedstawia węgierskie regulacje prawne dotyczące spraw o wykroczenia. Opisuje całokształt uregulowań zawartych w ustawie nr 1 z 1968 r. ze zwróceniem szczególnej uwagi na aspekty prawnoporównawcze z polskim prawem karno-administracyjnym. Autor przedstawia zasady przepisy prawne dot. zasad odpowiedzialności, przedawnienia i zatarcia skazania, opisuje rodzaje wykroczeń, charakteryzuje organy orzekające, i postępowanie dot. spraw o wykroczenia oraz przedstawia ówcześnie dominującą w Węgierskiej Republice Ludowej praktykę orzeczniczą.
The author of this article presents in detail Hungarian legal regulations on misdemeanour cases. He describes the entirety of the regulations contained in Act No. 1 of 1968, with particular attention devoted to comparative aspects with Polish criminal and administrative law. The author presents the legal principles of liability, limitation periods and erasure of convictions, describes the types of offences, characterises the adjudicating authorities and the proceedings in offence cases and presents the practices of jurisprudence prevailing in the Hungarian People’s Republic at that time.
